Are you living your most fulfilled life? Fulfilment is not a definition restricted to a set of conditions, it is an open and wholesome experience. It is a feeling that emanates from free-flowing life force out of the core of our being. Our main job is to allow the flow by not standing in its way. We may have all experienced fulfilment in moments, but we can also grow towards making it our constant experience.

We realize that life is already ‘perfect’ when we recognize that life happens with perfect synchronicity. Not all experiences ‘feel’ great but it does not mean that they are not necessary accept the lesson without resistance and you will open up a brighter pathway in life.

The key to empowerment lies in knowing who you are – outside of definitions, irrespective of expectations, free of burdens. You may feel trapped in the maze of your life at times, but remember that at any given moment, you have the power to connect to your center. In this space you are your true self: innocent, receive and balanced. It is also where Spirit speaks to you and offers clues to help you along your maze.

Trust that during challenging times in life, you are only given that which you can handle. Give yourself more credit – you are capable of more that you think. Move ahead, believing in yourself!

Joy is experienced by living and through the mirror of relationships. Ultimately our personal quest is to find the kind of joy and bliss that is unconditional, yet ‘that’ can only be felt through LIFE. ‘It’ is made real by our experiences and interactions, or else it remains an intellectualized concept. So go live!

‘Knowing’ and ‘knowledge’ are different. Knowing is a unique experience of our spirit. It can be internalized because it is speaks to our heart, it becomes a Truth. Knowledge can be read, passed on or preached but it speaks to our head not to our heart. Knowing comes from embodying a truth by practice, which leads the way to transformation. Seek teachers who have learned by ‘knowing’ and not solely through knowledge.

Even those who seemingly do not ‘suffer’ in life are also growing. We attract many things into our experience, including that which we fear. So if you feel like your lessons are coming to you the hard way, examine your fears and your internal dialogue: the choice to address them and let them go is Yours. It requires free will, not passivity.

Let us not underestimate the power of Intent or Prayer. Close your eyes, breathe consciously till you feel that your heart and mind are connected in the present moment. Then offer your worries and aches into the void or to God. Intent: I choose to trust how life unfolds, with less resistance and greater wisdom. Prayer: Offer me the guidance, support, strength and clarity to perceive my lessons.

Many play the role of ‘seeker’ along their personal quest – Seeking is important. It happens primarily in the ‘external’ world, through physical and mental exploration. A sense of urgency and restlessness may accompany seeking when we feel that we do not ‘know’ yet. That is when we need to practice making room for silence and stillness, in order to ‘find’ or ‘receive’ insights. Seek – but leave time to find as well.

Discern your attachments: are you automatically accepting values, opinions, behavior or choices that aren’t in sync with you or serving you? Recognize and question your attachments – they are a form of self-imposed limitations. Even if ‘others’ may be linked to your situation, attachments belong to ‘self’. You do not need to change others, just letting go of them within you is enough to bring liberation and options.

May we always have the courage to to follow our heart’s true intent. Listen deeply, not to your mind but to your heart – follow it’s rhythm. Listen like the dolphins listen to the messages of the ocean. The ocean is akin to your existence beyond the physical self and day-to-day life. Listen to the messages coming from the great vastness, speaking directly to your heart.

Commit to making one change for the better today. If there is a habit waiting to be dropped, a personal hurdle waiting to be overcome, a fear waiting to be let go of, know that the ‘moment’ to make that change is always going to be in the ‘now’. Face whatever intimidates you, do it one day at a time without worrying about forever. Your relationship with ‘it’ will eventually change. To start: ‘Just do it’!

Some events in life don’t go ‘our’ way, but they happen just as well, in perfect synchronicity, for a reason. Giving matters too much seriousness and ourselves too much importance can end up weighing heavy. Rather, maintain an adventurous and playful approach towards life – play your turn in the game and let it be. In retrospect, how many ‘issues’ were truly as big deal as they once seemed anyway?

Energy cannot be created or destroyed, it can however be used or misused. Let us make a conscientious effort to observe our own thoughts and emotions when dealing with people/ interactions that evoke ‘unpleasantness’. Let’s take a moment to notice how we ‘re-act’ or ‘respond’ in such situations. Exercice: Examine how you are working with energy at your end of the cord?

If fear is stopping you from opening the door in front of you, remind of yourself of the back door behind which lies an untapped source of courage. Along your growth process, you will have to make a choice several times: whether you give your energy to what you fear or to your courage. Your choices will determine the outcome.

Is there a point to guilt? It does not serve in any way other than perpetuating drama and self-importance. If you want to make something right, then do it. Don’t fret about the ‘wrong’ action or ‘should’ha, could’ha, would’ha’s of life. Muster the courage, be committed to confronting preconceived doubts, fears, judgments so that you are free to act in the now.

The most primal human emotions are love and fear. We are primarily a fear based society today; it is time for the ‘love’ to return. As a balanced whole being, one may live each moment from a place of true power, with clarity of their personal truth, with strength to

Unless we become mindful and allow conscious/subconscious changes to intercalate and transform us, it will go on repeating like a wheel.
